Gallasy-House (Dervish School)
Gallasy House (Dervish School), Tinódi Sebestyén tér 6.
According to unverifiable tradition, the Dervish school stood here during the period of the occupation. But in 1702, it definitely existed already. After several reconstructions and changes in ownership, it was purchased by Gallasy Istvánné Steinhauser Anna in 1843. From this date, it is owned by the Gallasy family until 1928, when it is bought by Barcsay Amant Zoltán (1902–1988), museologist and museum director in Eger; his aim was to bring his private collection here.
